Our Projects

The site contains a two-storey, detached house located in North London. A new roof extension and side extension has been provided to increase the floor area to add a cinema room at ground floor and master bedroom in roof space. Major internal structural alterations were carried out to suit new internal layouts and the existing trussed roof was re-constructed in a steel frame.

Extension of a light-weight industrial warehouse. The project consists of a new bay with 13m span, along the western and southern perimeter of the existing warehouse, approximately 10,000 sqft. We proposed a mono-pitch steel portal frame at 7.3m centres, with metal sheeting for the roof and facade. The foundations comprised pad footings and a ground-bearing slab.
